• Review of all vendor contracts
• Confirmation of vendors 1-2 weeks prior to your wedding day
• Attendance at your ceremony rehearsal
• Management of small décor details- favors, place cards, pew markers

• Preparation and Management of schedules – Detailed Itinerary for Wedding Day

• Instruct ushers and readers of duties

• Ceremony and Reception Site Visit
• Preparation and Management of schedules – Detailed Itinerary for Wedding Day
• Confirmation of vendors 4-6 weeks before the wedding
• Organization meeting with the couple 2 weeks prior to wedding day
• Attendance and coordination of your ceremony rehearsal
• Instruct ushers and readers of duties
• Organize processional line-up
• Assist with the transition from ceremony to reception
• Transport flowers, programs and decorations from the ceremony to reception site
• Communication with Caterers, MC, Photographers and Videographers

• Supervision of entire reception: cocktails, dinner, cake cutting, first dances, bouquet/garter toss, entertainers, speeches

All fees established at time of contract signing Minimum $1,300.00 fee for this service
(Payments to be made on a monthly basis at contract signing)
